Project Overview
Lawzana is a comprehensive global platform designed to seamlessly connect clients with top-rated law firms and lawyers across a wide range of legal practice areas. It acts as an intelligent directory and marketplace, guiding users from defining their specific legal needs to comparing and hiring the right legal representation anywhere in the world.
Existing legal directories often overwhelm users with complex jargon and cluttered interfaces. Lawzana brings in a refined, user-centric approach by offering an intelligent matching form, localized search capabilities spanning multiple countries, and dedicated resources for both clients and legal professionals. Beyond B2C matching, it also serves as a robust B2B platform, providing marketing, SEO, and website services to help law firms scale their digital presence.
My Role
Lawzana’s team reached out to me to design their application experience including the branding. Having previously designed complex real estate and legal applications, I understood the specific trust markers and intuitive navigation required for this domain. During my journey with Lawzana, we figured many challenges with the intelligent form workflow and directory search, and I was able to resolve them quickly. The streamlined interface successfully elevated the platform’s credibility, and we got good recognition from the clients for the impactful design and improved user engagement.
Branding
Effective branding is important because it helps to differentiate a company or product from its competitors and build a strong relationship with customers. A strong brand can also help to establish trust and credibility with consumers, leading to increased loyalty and repeat business. In the legal industry, portraying authority and trustworthiness is paramount.

Typography
Typography plays an important role in design, as it can convey a particular mood or feeling, emphasize certain elements, and create a sense of hierarchy and organization. Good typography can make a design more effective and easier to read, while poor typography can make a design difficult to understand and unappealing.
With the rise of digital media, typography has become even more important in design, as it affects not only print materials but also websites, apps, and other digital content. Designers must consider how typography will appear on different devices and in different contexts, and choose appropriate typefaces and styles accordingly.
